The Gulf Area District of the Texas Water Utility Association serves to assist water utility professionals in Galveston, Brazoria, and Southeast Harris Counties.  It is a member-centered organization that provides monthly training and networking opportunities to allow utilities to aid each other through education and specific problem-solving.

We support our state Texas Water Utility Association through participation in regional and state schools and through support of the scholarships given by TWUA. Our officers work hard to ensure that each member is able to get their TCEQ renewal hours, meeting the goal to provide training to its membership.
